A few weeks ago, a HOA meeting was scheduled. Our builder has finished our
subdivision, and must turn over the HOA to the neighborhood. The first order of
business was to be the election of officers.

I had to miss the meeting due to a schedule conflict. Apparently so did
everyone else, because I got a new meeting notice tonight, lamenting that they
had less than 50% of what was required for a quorum, and couldn't conduct
business.

I hope this is not a harbinger of things to come.

Yes, I'll be at the meeting this time.
