That's the funniest thing I ever read about ham radio.

Except for the full power limited to 1,500 watts, half of the hams
disagree a full 180 degrees from the other half of the hams on the
meaning of every single part 97 rule.

It's very obvious that the law/rules are written that way on purpose
so that they can arrest you anytime they want to for anything they
want to.

After all, no one disagrees on what a stop sign, red light, or green
light means.
