Mohammad Sheikh bought his first home this spring, paying $125,000 for
a two-bedroom unit at Ashton Condominiums.

Five days later, he and Ashton's 239 other condo owners learned they
must pay almost $10,000 each in a $2.3 million assessment for repairs
to the complex off Wilton Boulevard west of New Castle.

How unfortunate, the condo owners should have forseen the possability of
this
type of problem arrising. By simply buying life insurance for the ammount of
10 million dollars for each of the board members thier investment would be
protected and a board member could actualy prove thier commitment to
preserve property values by making the ultimate sacrafice. Although in some
instances the board members are somewhat reluctant to perform thier duty
and need a little help to achive the desired result.

Self Help 101 standard corporate business practice.
