In a further effort to further crackdown on perfectly legal 2 way
radio operators, Vancouver, Montreal, and other Canadian cities have
passed laws outlawing leaving valuable itemms like your ham radio or
cb radio in plain sight in your vehicle. If you are in a restaurant or
store and a cop or mountie looks inside your vehicles windows and sees
your valuable ham radio or valuable cb radio in the usual place, under
the dash, or amywhere at all where it is visi, ble instead of hidden
where no one can see it, you will get ticketed and fined and prison
time. Since you broke the law by leaving a valuable item or items in
plain sight inside your
vehicle.
The Crazy Canuck Canadians were not satisfied with only outlawing the
use of hand-held microphones Now they also outlawed simplay having the
radios visible in the ONLY NORMAL spot for a 2 way radio and outlawed
having them visiIbe anywhere in the
vehicle.
and then as usual, Kooky California will follow , and then other
American cities and states will follow, also outlawing having any 2
way radios visible in your
vehicle .
The reason the authorities gave for why they passed this law allowing
them to fine ordinary citizens for doing so is to prevent theft of
valuable items in vehicles by theieves and
criminals.
however, we all know the real reason for this ridiculous law is so
they can ticket and fine more people to get more money for
theirselves. So the Canadian cops and Canadan Royal Mounties and
Canadian governments are the real
thieves.

I got the trolling info dseigned for trolls to post from the troll article on the troll website run by the troll agency known as the U.S. State Department here is the direct quote from the trolling agency known as the U.S. State Department at http://travel.state.gov/travel/cis_pa_tw/cis/cis_1082.html CRIME: Although Canada generally has a lower crime rate than the U.S., violent crimes do occur throughout the country, especially in urban areas. Visitors to large cities should be aware world that parked cars are regularly targeted for opportunistic smash-and-grab thefts, and they are cautioned to avoid leaving any possessions unattended in a vehicle, even in the trunk. Due to the high incidence of such crimes, motorists in Montreal, Vancouver and some other jurisdictions can be fined for leaving their car doors unlocked or for leaving valuables in view. Auto theft in Montreal and Vancouver, including theft of motor homes and recreational vehicles, may even occur in patrolled and apparently secure parking lots and decks. SUVs appear to be particular targets of organized theft. While Canadian gun control laws are much stricter than those of the U.S., such laws have not prevented gun-related violence in certain areas trolls everywhere would like to thank the U.S. State Department for making Americans safer throughout the world.

To some posters, anyone who disagrees with them are "trolls". Especially if
they can't out-argue them with simple logic. They are quick to scream,
"troll", and "gun nut" and or anything other than formulating a reasonable
logical argument for their own point of view.
