that is because we are mandated to use ARES how can that
be since the Kentucky state court has ruled ARES is illegal. also,
anyone who obeyes their hoa to paint the tower so it blends in with
the skyline and is invisible when looking at the skyline, including
the cellphone companies doing so at the hoas insistence, will find a
huge lawsuit on their hands when they are sued by a bunch of people
whos relatives die in the crashes because the pilots did not know a
tower was there since it blends n so well with the skyline instead of
being visible. although the hoas are against it, the pilots want those

and NOT matching the skyline the pilots and federal government are for
it. that is why lights are required on thosee the hoas are making
airplane travelso ecause they are very very dangerous when painted a
color where you cant see them. the hoas are making airplane travel
much more dangerous for people. and when word gets out, I am sure the
airplane companies wont lke losing all that revenue from people no
longer flying.. http://www.avweb.com/blogs/insider/AMixedMessageOnMetTowers_204022-1.html

Idiot..... If the tower is tall enough to REQUIRE Lighting, (FAA AND FCC
Regs) it ALSO is REQUIRED to be painted with the REQUIRED International
Orange and White, alternating Paint Scheme.

If the tower is NOT of a height, to REQUIRE Lighting and Painting, then
it is up to the owner to comply with any local Ordinances, and Private
Contracts (HOA Covenants) that are in place on the land on which the
tower is located.

Cell Towers, by in larger, are NOT of a height to REQUIRE Lighting, and
Painting, because of their limited Cellular Coverage, similar to many
Ham Radio Towers.
