What do you do when the association will not accept payment for regular
assessments?

If I mail my payment by first class mail it will get allegedly lost by
the post office.

If I mail my payment by certified mail it will sit in the P.O. Box
unclaimed.

dues ?

Yes the association does at leas formally!
The Woodside Village HOA, at Santa Ana is under control of one person,
Saeid Hariri who is employed as manager and is also subcontracting as
dba. Result Property Management via which he is collecting dues. So no
matter what I am inquiring about I am always forced to talk to same
idiot with different hat.

The association attorney John Devine is fruitcake as is apparent from
his correspondence with me on similar issues in 2001.

However, the good news is that the notice was apparently sent in error
because their software did not understand negative value.

Thy started with balance 0 - payment = payment-

So I have not notice it until yesterday that they actually posted my
payment for January and have overreacted to their nasty DELINQUENT NOTICE.

So I have requested a confirmation!
